1979 August Restructured as Osaka Trading Co., Ltd., with a capital investment of 40 million yen.
1997 October Opened the 1st Warehouse.
2000 September Acquired Basel Method certification.
2001 January Kunihiro Fujita appointed as company president.
September Head office building completed.
2003 October Acquired ISO14001 certification
December Issued new-share subscription-rated bonds underwitten by the Osaka Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Corporation.
2004 February Increased capital to 60 million yen.
2005 July 1st Warehouse completed (OSAKA)
2006 April Establish Tokyo Branch(located to warehouse)
August Corporate name was changed to METAL DO CO., LTD.
November Increased capital to 67.25 million yen.
2007 April Increased capital to 199.8 million yen.
May Increased capital to 209.8 million yen.
2008 February Increased capital to 262.968 million yen.
Established general hazardous meterial facility and indoor hazardous material storage.
2009 January 2nd Warehouse completed. (KOBE)
2010 June 1st Warehouse permitted as Bonded Area
2011 September Tokyo Branch opened (located to warehouse)
November Capital reduction to 98 millon yen
2013 May Toshihiko Yamatsura appointed as company president.
2014 November Acquired ISO9001 certification
2017 July Head office relocated to Osaka Naniwa-ku. Tokyo branch, Tokyo ware house relocated to Tokyo Ota-ku.
